The apartments for rent are located between the village and the villa, are present in the farmhouse, the mill, in carpentry, barns, warehouses and in the villa.

Lecci

The apartment Lecci, located on the first floor of the farmhouse, which is accessed by a stone staircase, consists of five rooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. The living area, bright but not particularly large , thanks to the windows to the south, consists of kitchen and living room, fireplace and is  characterized by the presence of additional furniture mainly made of wrought iron. On the living room open the doors of two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

The first room, bedroom, is decorated with furnishings typical of Lucca and is very welcoming, and the second, also in Lucca style, has a wrought iron bed room with private bathroom with shower. As the other apartments of the complex, the restoration work has maintained the original ceiling beams.

The apartment has many accessories such as TV 21 “, telephone, ADSL connection, DVD player, dishwasher, washer, which are additional services that you can enjoy during your stay (an outdoor pool, fitness equipment, field tennis, indoor heated pool, sauna and parking).

Botte

Located in the block of what was originally woodwork, La Botte’s apartment has four rooms and can accommodate up to 2 +2 people. The entrance, on the side of the garden, allowing access to the living area, a very welcoming environment, consists of kitchen and living room.

Treated in the smallest details, this part of the apartment is  warm and bright. From the living area you enter to the room with a double bed, with wardrobe and large mirror, the bathroom with shower and the loft, where there is a sofa-bed.

The loft is the most valuable element of the house, because using a large area above the kitchen and living room, it allowed to derive a fourth room, without removing the light and space from living area.

Botticelli

Placed on the first floor of the Villa Apartment Botticelli is one of the largest and most fascinating of the Villa. Thanks to the many windows, it is particularly bright and offers a splendid panoramic view over the valley to the south, in the west toward the sunset. The apartment is on two floors, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms en suite, and can accommodate up to 4 +2 people.

At the first level there are the spacious living area with dining area, a modern well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom furnished in modern style with a beautiful canopy bed and an en suite bathroom with tub. The first floor has the second bedroom, also furnished in modern style, with en suite bathroom and shower.

A beautiful skylight, through which you can admire the starry sky,  embellishes the apartment. The apartment, elegantly furnished, has wooden floors and beams.

Donatello

On the first floor of the villa there  is the apartment Donatello. Consisting of two levels, it can accommodate up to 2 +2 people. It represents a pleasing combination of modernity and tradition in Tuscany.

The apartment is very bright and the windows of all rooms offer a wonderful view overlooking the park and the villa in the hills of Lucca. The spacious living area will surprise you with the atmosphere of peace and tranquility offering the walls heavenly clear, elegant furniture in the classic style of the same color, the chairs, the sofa and a smoking table in marble.

Besides there is the dining area with a large table and chairs for 6 people. On the right you access to the modern well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower for guests.

A double room is particularly bright, with an elegant classical style furniture, lamps in ethnic Chinese style, a closet and a bathroom en suite with bath complete the plan. Through a window over the bathtub, you can enjoy a romantic view over the beautiful hills. On the left of the living area the scale (14 steps) leads upstairs where there is a small loft with two armchairs and a sofa bed.

The apartment has tiled floors and wooden floors and ceilings have exposed beams: it is the only apartment of the Villa in which smoking is allowed.

Abeti

Located in the heart of the village, the building that once housed the warehouses, the apartment is accessed via a stone staircase and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment has two levels: the first floor a cozy living room, with dining room and kitchen corner, and two spacious double bedrooms divided by a bathroom (with shower cubicle).

Tthe second floor there has a very spacious living space, warmed by a stone fireplace and a bathroom (with bath). The apartment has many accessories (such as TV 21 “, telephone, ADSL connection, DVD player, dishwasher, washer), which are additional services that you can enjoy during their stay at Villa (outdoor swimming pool, equipment for fitness, tennis court, indoor heated pool, sauna and parking).

Macine

Located in a building time ago used as a mill, in the heart of the Village, the apartment enjoys, thanks to its central location, a breathtaking view overlooking the whole plain of Lucca, and can accommodate up to 4 +2 people.

The apartment has two levels: the first floor -sleeping area, consisting of a lovely double bedroom furnished in classic style with wrought iron bed. Then, a second bright bedroom with two single beds also of wrought iron and a small storeroom at the top.

The bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. Thanks to a spectacular flight of stairs in brick you have access to the second floor, very bright and spacious with high ceilings supported by massive beams.

The living area with a beautiful view, also decorated in classic style with comfortable sofas of warm tones, a kitchen table with elegant craft, and a small bathroom with shower. There is, finally, a large loft accessed via a glass staircase, with an inviting sofa bed.

Leonardo

The Leonardo apartment, on two levels, has two bedrooms and three bathrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the simplicity and  the elegance of  modern furniture. Placed on the first floor of the villa, (35 steps) the apartment is certainly the most fascinating of the Villa.

The windows offer a splendid view overlooking the park. It has a wide open space illuminated at night and plays between different types of lighting: low lights, stairs, illuminated by LEDs, lamps placed in the ground, and spotlights on the ceiling. The spacious living area is furnished with a leather sofa at the center with individually adjustable seats.

A wonderful film area with the 50-inch flat LCD TV, dolby surround system and satellite, with elegant and comfortable sofas enriches the apartment. The dining area is dominated by a large wooden table in oak for 10 people and a modern kitchen equipped with stainless steel American fridge. An elegant bathroom with shower, which seems to be hidden behind a wall, completes the ground floor.

Two symmetrical staircases placed on both sides of the Loft, lead to the first floor (14 steps), where there is the sleeping area, comprising two large double bedrooms with twin bathroom with shower.

A romantic Zen garden with glass walls splits the rooms .

The entire apartment has parquet flooring and ceiling beams.

The SPA

The basement floor of the Villa has hosted for hundreds of years a large number of wine barrels and cisterns to collect the oil, as substantial reserves of wealth for the owners.

Today, wisely restructured, the underground melt the sixteenth-century architecture with modern techniques of restoration and conservation, allowing to host services such as indoor heated pool with whirlpool, sauna, gym and some spaces dedicated to relax.

The SPA of the Villa is open to all visitors and residents in the Villa in the village and boasts a fully electronic system for managing the heating and drying of spaces.
