How does the booking work with TJH?


1) The tourist asks for availability

2) In case of availability at the chosen structure, the tourists will be required to send (directly to the structure owner or manager) the 40% of the total price within 48 hours from the availability confirmation that TJH will send you via email.


When my book can be considered done?


As soon as we receive:

  • the bank wire transfer or the Western Union copy of the receipt
    OR
  • the credit card payment
    OR
  • the Paypal Payment


What is TJH commissions for the tourist?


Zero Euros!

Tuscan Jewels Holidays gets its commission from the structures.

That’s not it… with TJH, for some reasons, there are also good chances to get a special discount on the regular booking price.


How does the cancellation policy work?


Every structure has its own cancellation policy. You can see it in the structure page in this website. if not available, we will send you those info via email, in case of availability for the period of your choice.


When will I know the structure real name?


You will get to know the real structure’s name in the availability confirmation email together with the payment information.
