The house consists of five independent flats, for two or more people. Fitted with fireplace in a way to create and old Tuscany country house atmosphere. All the flats are equipped with television, fridge, cooker, cooking rings, extractor fan, china-wear, cutlery and sets of cooking pans, sheets and bed and bathroom linen. On the ground floor there is an outside paved area which leads onto a large garden, for barbeque, tables and deck chairs to enjoy the unequalled view.

This flat is spread over 3 levels and has a private entrance and possible communication with the Ciliegiolo flat. On the ground floor the living room with corner cooking facilities, TV and fire place. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (becoming double bed) and double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower. On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed.

Six double bedrooms and three suites, each of them personalised and completed with great attention, and given the name of the wines and different types of olive oils we produce.

Each has private bathroom, television, telephone, connection to internet, fan, central heating and mini-bar.

You can stay in the main house of Casabella, where you can find the reception, the swimming pool, the snack-bar and the common room for reading and internet connection, or remain in the outbuilding of Casanova and enjoy the tranquillity of the Tuscany countryside.

The Casa del Mugnaio (The Miller’s house) called so because it was the traditional home of  the miller and it is a villa of the 1940’s, restored with great attention in the Spring of 2003.

The ceramist Massimo Innocenti personally painted a fresco which makes some internal walls very special, to the point of wanting to rename it “the house of artists”.

This villa is ideal for a holiday with the family: Within the large park with Cyprus trees we can find the swimming pool, bowling area, terrace for barbeque, table and chairs and deck-chairs.

It is spread over 2 levels with kitchen, large hall with TV and fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 1 bunk bed in each, 1 bathroom on ground level and 1 double bedroom with bathroom on above level.

Ceramic courses

The best way to express your fantasies and enjoy yourself it with clay. Putting into action and creating small sculptures with your own hands or painting those already done. A well known ceramic craftsman will teach you the techniques and help you to express yourself in the best way. You can take away all that you create. These courses are suitable for big and small.

Herbalist courses

A Farm shop where you can find, honey, liquors, propolis, bach flowers, day and night creams and all cosmetic products with plant officinal. After a brief introduction to the Farm, connected to the history and culture of the territory, you will visit the laboratory becoming grass Wizards.The herbalist preparations consist of natural beauty with plant medicine and the preparation of herbal tea infusions.

Cooking classes

This is a good occasion to understand the delights of the Tuscany gastronomy. To amaze yourselves and your friends in any moment. Having gathered the main ingredients from the vegetable garden, the poultry pen and rabbit hutch, learn the secrets of the Tuscany cooking which our chef will reveal. Prepare fresh pasta and bread with flour ground in the windmill and taste it all accompanied by our wines. From November to January courses in Pork meats will enlighten you to the art of making hams, salami and other pork dishes.

Tasting

In order to appreciate the quality of our products, we organise weekly courses in wine and oil tasting.

Truffles

During the months of March, July and November, within the area for Truffles, you can learn the technique of collecting truffles accompanied by our well trained dogs.

The Miller’s secrets

Come and taste the rich flavour of the Tuscany oil and discover it character. You won’t regret it! The visit lasts about 1 ½ hours and includes a walk through the olive groves, an introduction to the traditional oil maker of Tuscany, and a guided visit to the oil-mill. You will visit the only windmill in Italy still operational. It dates back to the 19th century. The Farm decided to restore the windmill, together with its old traditions, returning to the production of biological flour. The visit ends with the tasting of the extra virgin olive oil from biological production.

The nectar of Bacchus

To the discovery of Bacchus’s favourite drink, here for you an instructive and appetizing tour . After a walk through the vineyards and listening to a short introduction on the history of the Farm, the Villa Stozzi and the Farm’s symbol, the 250 year old Cedar of Lebanon, you can try our wines acquiring some interesting and curious particulars.

Fauna & Flora

For children and others, here is a tour with direct contact of the fascinating Tuscany landscape. Getting to know about the plants etc. immerging in nature itself. An expert environmental guide will accompany you. Learn about the vegetable and animal species which live on our land: Cyprus trees, holm-oak trees, beech-wood trees, olives… there’s no secret for botanical and nature lovers. Learn about looking around oneself and recognising how familiar we are with what surrounds us.

Horse riding

Western and English style equitation, lessons in horsemanship and horse-trekking through the Farm’s vineyards and olive groves.

Mountain-Bike

Different types of bikes are available for adults and children. Guided trips can be organised on request.
