The structure consists of 9 completely independent apartments that are all cosy and comfortable even in winter. The apartments have been renovated following Tuscan traditions (wooden beams, antique terracotta floors, fireplaces) taking into account all the needs of life in the third millennium.
Fine materials and original period furniture restored with care render your stay in these places unique and unforgettable.

The enchanting swimming pool (18 x 9 ml) is set in a panoramic position and has a childrens section (6 x 6) and a relaxing waterfall. There are changing rooms and toilets.

The terrace overlooks the Val di Chiana and the large Solarium is equipped for guests’ use.
The vacation home also has a large car park, and a room set up for cultural meetings and entertainment.

On the property there is a lake, the “Grande Lago” where one can often see a family of herons and wild ducks.

• Horseback riding: Ten minutes away from the vacation home you will find the Arezzo Equestrian Centre, one of the most important and exclusive equestrian centers in Europe. Here, high quality international and national events take place, such as: the International Show Jumping, Equestrian Style, il Campionato Italiano Quarter Horse and il Campionato Italiano! Courses, strolls and excursions with accredited instructors F.I.S.E are also possible thanks to the agreements that “NaturOasi” has with the different Equestrian Centers near by.
• Golf: For those of you that have a great passion for golf, there are two nine Hole courses in our province, The nearest one tothe vacation home is the “Golf Club Val Di Chiana” in Foiano Della Chiana (20 minutes away). The other one is the Golf Club of Casentino and it is situated 40 km away from Arezzo.
• Thermal Baths: If you want relax and get in touch with your inner sense we recommend the thermal baths near by: Chianciano Terme (30 minutes away) or Rapolano Terme (25 minutes away).
  In Chianciano Terme you will find “Acqua Santa Park”, inside this park we recommend “Thermal Spa for the Senses” where they offer: ayurveda tropical showers, ice crash, massages… In Rapolano Terme we recommend the thermal baths “Terme Antica Querciola”.
• Hunting: Beginning on the third Sunday of September, until the 31st of January, Sant’Ercolano in cooperation with the vacation home becomes a hunting resort. With more than 2oo hectares of Tuscan Forest available, “Sant’Ercolano-Celere”, offers a rich variety of wildlife to hunt. Come and discover our special offer “Night in the Hunting Resort”.
• Go- Kart & Minimoto: For those who like speed, near the vacation home You will find the International Go-Kart race track of Siena. It is possible to do family competitions, also available, mini motorcycles.
• The vacation home works with some of the best wellness centers in Arezzo to provide you with a totally relaxing experience during your stay with us. This offer is valid from March to May and from September to December, during low and medium season.
