The old rural farmhouse with barn has been converted into 7 apartments, 5 in the main house and 2 in the recently restored barn.

All the apartments feature their own private entrance, a shaded terrace with chairs and table, and inside terracotta floor tiles, beamed ceilings, barbecue, fridge, hob, micro-oven, satellite-TV, safe box..

Uva Nera

It is the largest and most intimate apartment (mq. 76) on two split levels.
The ground floor features a comfortable living-sitting room (mq. 25) with sofa-bed (for two persons), fireplace and kitchenette, the first floor has one superb bedroom with two marvellous panoramic windows, another double bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.
Adjacent to the apartment is a splendid al fresco dining veranda, with table and chairs.

Prezzemolo

The apartment Prezzemolo, which was once an old barn, is really impressive (mq. 54).
It displays soft colours of the walls and furnishing and high beamed ceilings which create the magic atmosphere of rural Tuscany.
It features a wide comfortable living room with kitchen (mq. 32) and double sofa bed and bathroom with shower and an open woody stairway leads to mezzanine level with double bed.
Outdoor is a patio with table and chairs for al fresco meals.

Radicchio

The old barn has been converted into a lovely apartment (mq. 54), Radicchio.

The majestic position overlooking the green valley, the towers of Volterra and the swimming pool, as well as the greatest care of detail of the furnishing, matching with the colour of the Radicchio, make it very special. Radicchio features a wide living room (mq. 32), with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, and upstairs sleeping loft with double bed. The adjacent veranda is equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals.

Melograni

Large two-bedroom apartment (mq. 50) with living-sitting room (mq. 25), sofa-bed (for two person), kitchenette and fireplace, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The Veranda adjacent to the sitting room is the ideal place to unwind, surrounded by a picture of natural beauty.

Limoni

So named after the motifs of the pretty tiles in the kitchenette, Limoni is a cosy and comfortable two-bedroom apartment (mq. 45), located in the upper part of the cottage.
It features a living-sitting room with kitchenette (mq. 20), sofa-bed and fireplace, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
The shaded terrace is ideal for your delightful al fresco-meals.

Ghiandaie

Ghiande is a charming apartment (mq. 42) with a living-sitting room, kitchenette (mq. 18), fireplace and sofa-bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The particular location of the apartment makes it deliciously cool in the hottest summer days.

Uva Bianca

Uva Bianca is a nice two-bedroom apartment (mq. 44), featuring a living room (mq. 16) with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
The shaded terrace is equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals.

HORSE RIDING
If you love horse riding, you can go to the Horse Riding Club on the road between Certaldo and Marcialla.
Lessons or trekking for beginners and experts, ½ day or 1 day excursion, even by night with fullmoon.

On request, you can hire a mountain bike directly at our property and ride free through the wonderful Tuscan hills.

QUAD
Quad is the new trend of the year because it allows to experience the same sensations of a motorbike.
Hire or half day - 1 day excursion with guide.

GOLF
Set in a gorgeous picturesque countryside the 18 holes Golf Club of Castelfalfi offers a nice chance to try this relaxing sport.
Price per person: € 38 for 9 holes, € 40 for 18 holes.
