We have double rooms, Superior rooms and suites. The rooms are all soundproofed and equipped with private bathroom (with hairdryer), satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning and heating, minibar and Internet access via cable.

Each room is also equipped with electronic key access. The common areas, reception, breakfast room and the halls are all air conditioned, spacious, quiet, comfortable and equipped with radio.
Every morning in our breakfast room is fitted out an elegant buffet with a wide assortment of fresh fruit, juices, yogurt, cereal, cakes, cappuccino and espresso.
Guests can enjoy breakfast with pleasant background music and in summer you can breakfast outside.

The parking lot is spacious and equipped with video surveillance.

The swimming pool is situated in the west of the garden, in a position of rare beauty.

2 km from the villa there is the village of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, with all major services: restaurants, pizza shops, banks, pharmacies, post office, shops.

Swimming pool and whirlpool
Our swimming pool with Jacuzzi, is located in the western part of the ‘farm, where you can enjoy the wonderful panorama of the valley below. During the period of opening of the swimming pool serves light snacks made of Tuscan specialties, cocktails and drinks.

Restaurant and bar service
It’s possible to order the food directly to the pool. Moreover, with notice, we can arrange for you lunch or dinner in the classic Tuscan style. Our bar is open from 8.00 to 22.00

Cooking course
We provide at our restaurant cooking courses in collaboration with “Cooking with a view”

Spa treatments
Upon request we offer the use of wellness treatments and postural exercises.

Bicycles
The area around the farm offers interesting possibilities for excursions by bike. We offer you the convenience of having bicycles available directly at your farm. The use of bicycles, on request, is free. The use of mountain bikes, on request, subject to fees.

Motorbikes, scooters and buggies

We can provide with notice of 2 days, motorcycles, motorbikes, scooters and buggies for pleasure trips or tours to discover the central Tuscany, the hills of Chianti or a tour in the center of Florence.
