The 5 apartments, each has an independent entrance, they are very spacious and well looked after in all the small details, furnished with quality furniture and a touch of creativity that makes them unique and very welcoming.

All apartments are supplied with TV with satellite and kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

Second floor: Equipped kitchen, 3 double rooms (one with private bathroom), bathroom with shower.

It is possible to add a single bed to one of the 3 double rooms.

Cecilia (122m²) - 10+1 people

First floor: dining room with kitchenette, 3 double rooms (one with private bathroom), bathroom with shower, bathroom with bathtub.

Attic: double room with bathroom with shower, open living room, big living room.

It is possible to add a single bed to one of the double rooms on the first floor.

Chiara (73m²) - 4+1 people

First floor: Big living room with kitchenette and fireplace with barbecue, 2 double rooms, bathroom with shower.

It is possible to add a single bed to one of the double rooms

Laura (125m²) - 6+1 people

Ground floor: Hall, small room with two single beds, room with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower.

First floor: Living room, kitchen/dining room, double room, bathroom with shower.

Alice (125m²) - 6+1 people

Deposit: 150 Euro to pay at arrival, which will be returned at check-out (from Saturday to Saturday)

Check-in: Saturday from 16:00 till 18:00 pm.
Check-out: Saturday before 10:00 am.
