There are two vacation homes: the big farmhouse and the small farmhouse.

The park surrounding the farmhouses has several places which invite for relaxing. Our guests have at their disposal a barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor shower, baby garden toys, kitchen-garden and orchard. Paths through the woods for walking, riding. Mild weather, enduring marine breeze during the evening, especially in summer. Avaible wide room for tasting, expositions, shows, activities (20 meters from the farmhouse).

The big farmhouse is formed by 5 apartments for 2/8 persons with private entrance and a 9×18 m panoramic swimming-pool (open from the 20th of May to the 20th of September).

on the first floor, is a 50 sm one-room flat with kitchenette and open garret.

Frantoio

for 4 + 1 persons (90 sm)

on two levels: on the ground floor has a dining room with kitchenette and double divan-bed, 1 bedroom with bathroom; on the first floor 1 bedroom with bathroom. Private garden with dining-table.

Moraiolo

for 4 + 1 persons (90 am)

on two levels: on the ground floor, has a dining room with kitchenette and double divan-bed, 1 bathroom ; on the first floor 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom and 1 bathroom. Private garden with dining-table.

Pendolino

for 6 + 1 persons (100 sm)

on the first floor, has a dining-room with kitchenette and single divan-bed, open garret with double bed upstairs, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Coratina

for 6 + 2 persons (110 sm)

on the ground floor, has a dining-room with kitchenette and double divan-bed, 1 double bedroom, 2 triple bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Private garden with dining-table.

The small farmhouse

For up to 10+4 people

The ancient “casale”, originally used as a farmhouse, has been beautifully restored. It has no architectural pretences, is of simple lines and the materials used in construction are those of the time: field stones, hand-made bricks, timber beamed ceilings, terracotta floors. As was customary, the ground floor was used to house animals and the farm workers slept upstairs.

For sports lovers

• Trekking — the local area offers excellent cross-country walking and cycling
• Mountain-bike — it is possible to provide bicycles to go out for a bicycle ride in the unforgettable landscape
• Horse-riding —at your disposal four Arab horses for riding lessons or guided riding in the countryside
• Tennis — tennis courts 10 minutes’ drive away
• Golf — Golf Club of Castelfalfi –Montaione (Florence) 20 minutes’ drive away
• Sea —a trip to the sea takes less than an hour by car

We are at your disposal to find and book tickets for concerts, shows, events. You’ll find programs and lists of performances on site. You may also suggest any other initiative you may have heard about and wish to see.

Spa

The Beauty Center of Casciana Terme, a few minutes’ drive away, will welcome you with the new thermal swimming-pool open year round.

Surroundings

The farmhouse is a wonderful point of departure for tours in Volterra, S. Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Colle Val D’Elsa, Siena, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, the Versilia seashore. We are at your disposal to suggest trips involving the best Tuscan towns and cities, museums and cultural sites, wine and typical product tours, shopping.

Restaurants

The local restaurants and wine bars offer special opportunities to taste typical Tuscan cuisine. We’ll be happy to help you to find what you are looking for and to book a table for you.

Hunting

On the property it’s possible to participate in shooting parties (wild boar and birds) – in accordance with the provisions of Italian law.
