Vinification technique: manual harvest end of September early October, fermentation in stainless steel tank, 10/12 days maceration, malolactic in wood 20 hl., aging in cask 20/25 hl. for six months in bottle for three months.

Vinification technique: vintage manual first days of October, pressing the grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tank, stainless steel aging tank for 4 / 6 months aging in bottle for two months.

Located in a good position on the slopes of Pizzorne, this farm is an excellent starting point for several routes.

A few minutes (by car) you can visit the nearby Villa Mansi, Villa Torrigiani, Villa Reale, Villa Grabau and Villa Oliva. In just a few kilometers you can reach Lucca, which retains its 4 km of walls sixteenth.

You can enjoy shopping and wandering through the small streets, the ancient towers which still gives a special atmosphere. To visit La Torre Guinigi, Piazza Anfiteatro, the Cathedral of San Martino and the Basilica of San Frediano. You should visit  the Media Serchio Valley and the Garfagnana, a path between medieval Romanesque churches, the pleasure of the board is another reason to know these areas.

Thanks to the variety and richness of the local cuisine will discover dishes such as farro, soups, tortelli, sweet taste and wine and oil. It’s possible to reach in about half an hour the coast of Versilia, which stretches between Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi, one of the most famous and well known in Tuscany.
