La Fattoria (The farmhouse building) - fully renovated - is located behind the Villa. At the ground floor there were an old carpenter, a tinaia and an oil-press in stone for olive oil production (a part still exists); today, after the renovation, there are 2 halls with ceilings to times, fireplace in stone, 2 baths, kitchen. The furniture and pictures are original. The Halls are available upon request for banquets and convention.

At the first floor of the farmhouse there are 3 apartments carefully furnished with original furniture in Tuscany style. In addition in the farmhouse building there is a laundry room equipped with washing machine and iron instruments. At disposal to our hosts there are tables and barbecue so you can eat outside.

Frantoio Apartment

The apartment is 72 m² (4 beds) completely renovated and the furniture is in original old style and some in Tuscany style.

Pendolino Apartment

The apartment is 25 m² (2 beds) completely renovated and the furniture is in original old style and some in Tuscany style.

The apartment is 56 m² completely renovated (4 beds) and the furniture is in original old style and some in Tuscany style.

• La Casina (The little wood house) was built in 1920, completely independent, 54 sq yd, renovated delicately, deep in the green of the centuries old trees of the park. This is the right choice to spend a romantic holiday.

If requested we can add a single bed. In front of the entrance you find a table with chairs so that you can eat outside.

The farmhouse is the ideal location for those who like a relaxing stay at direct contact with nature and/or for those who like sports and leisure activities. To complete the atmosphere our guests can choose to swim in the pool, ride mountain bike and make barbecue using outdoor tables. During your stay it is possible to taste the Farmhouse’s typical products: wine, olive oil, season’s fruits and vegetables, etc. Near the Fattoria  you can find the additional leisure activities such as wind surf, sailing, canoeing, golf, archery, horseback riding, swimming, tennis, flying, mini golf, clay-pigeon shooting.

Golf and Country Club Poggio dei Medici

The Poggio de Medici Golf Course is of international importance. It is characterized by 18 holes (par 72). The course is built according to the U.S.G.A,American standard.

International Race Circuit of Mugello

The autodrome, property of the Ferrari, is the place of important sports events, from the motorcycling Italian GP to the Super-Bike Championships. Meetings of Harley Davidson are to be remembered and also the possibility to do rounds on the race track with your own motorcycle.

Bilancino’s Lake

The Lake’s deepest point is 31 metres and its total surface of water are 5 square kilometres. It’s a perfect environment for practising sports like canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. Nice beach fully furnished with sun-bed, big umbrellas, restaurants and pubs that during the night turn into funny disco-pubs.

In the green heart of Tuscany, the Mugello, the Florentine Mountain offers the visitor several possibilities of enjoying the environment and their incredible resources:

• Excursions on the tracks of history: you will have the opportunity to visit Medicean Villas and Castles by riding horseback, by foot, by bike, by mountain bike or simply doing trekking. It is a wonderfull opportunity to visit cultural places while filling the lungs with fresh tuscanian air.
• Journeys by train to experience, while relaxing, the many events, fairs, feasts and village festivals which take place in order to promote the typical products and traditions of these lands. Equally interesting are the fascinating history commemorations and the cultural and entertaining initiatives which take place in all the towns and villages of the territory.
• The discovery of ancient farms in the near Wine road. Immediately to the east of Florence there is an enchanted territory. This is the reign of two wines which have been famous for centuries. The Chianti Rufina D.O.C.G. and the Pomino D.O.C., each with its own personality and characteristics.
