Our farm holidays is located at 450 meters s.l.m., in panoramic, isolated position, approximately 6 km. from the center of Bibbiena in direction of La Verna.
We are in the heart of the Casentino, at the border of the National Park, dipped in the laughing green and Tuscany countryside.
The farmhouse
We restructured one colonica house of the 17th century in stone, respecting some original characteristics, and therefore obtaining two great apartments, each of 150 smq, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor.
The XVII century villa
We are now restoring the XVIII century villa, little distant from the colonica house, with the the aim to gain two independent apartments.
The Villa, constructed at the end of the XVIII century, after 2 years of careful and detailed restoration, carried out respecting the original characteristics of the building, offers a relaxing and comfortable stay to whoever wishes to spend their holidays in Tuscany.
Two communicating apartments of 85 smq and 230 smq have been created for the guests.
Both the apartments of the Villa have been furnished in a very comfortable way with quality furniture, in part antique and in part in stile, created by the able Tuscan craftsmen.
Apartments in the Villa
The main apartment
The principal apartment of 230 smq is composed of a large sitting room/dining room with a very wide, functioning fireplace, a spacious and well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a cloak room.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bright and extremely pleasant, sitting room, with it’s restored original painted walls, a card table and television with satellite TV and a DVD player.
On the same floor there are 5 bedrooms of which 3 with en suite bathrooms (one equipped with a bath and two with a shower) and 2 that share a bigger bathroom that also comprises a hydro massage shower.
The smaller apartment
The smaller apartment of 85 mq, connected to the principal one on the first floor, has an independent entrance facing the courtyard.
Climbing the stone staircase you access the sitting room with it’s fireplace and communicating kitchen and the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.

2 apartments - on the ground floor and on the first floor
Each apartment is constituted from a great living room with fireplace, a completely equipped kitchen, three rooms (two with double bed), two baths with bathtub and with shower and of independent single heating in order to make pleasant stays also in cold seasons.
On the ground floor you have a porch before entering in the apartment, ideal for the fresh evenings in the open air, and to the first floor -beautiful loggia with panoramic view.
The apartments are furnished in a comfortable way, with comfortable beds, couches, seats, television SAT, DVDplayer, dish-washer machine in order to assure the maximum of the comfort and relax.
The bower and the swimming pool
Near to the house you have a swimming pool (7 x 14 meters) equipped with deckchairs and beach umbrellas. You have from here a fantastic sight on the valley and on the Castle of Poppi.
From spring 2008 we have arranged on an external angle of the farm house a comfortable bower equipped for lunches and suppers.
